Hello! My name is Jalen Cox, and I am the founder of NeverPest Solutions! In 2022 I started NeverPest Solutions with a mission to deliver a great pest control experience to my clients!
Before starting NeverPest I had seen, being in a similar field, the lack of a customer-centric approach in many home service providers, including pest control operations. So with my experience in customer service and my knowledge of proper pest control techniques, I made the decision to begin providing pest control solutions to my existing clients from our other operation, and to my joy it has been a great success!
The key to what I believe makes NeverPest special is our unfettering embrace of the customer-centric approach and the realization that we’re here not only to do an excellent job at solving pest problems but to deliver a world-class experience to our clients.
